Customer Love - The "Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants" Dress

I just had to share this email, it gave me such a huge smile. It is really the reason I started it all, so that a fabulous woman somewhere in Canada can unwrap a pretty package and find something that makes her feel as fabulous as she is. The Igigi Francesca Dress strikes again!

Hi Laura,

I came home from work this afternoon and spied the package from Lola & Gigi on my kitchen counter where my husband had placed it. Nervously, I opened it, being careful not to damage what was inside. FRANCESCA...wrapped in pretty pink tissue with a handwritten thank you note from you...nice touch.

I quickly hid Francesca under my arm before my 2 teenage daughters spied her. They would surely have wanted me to try her on for them, and I wasn’t ready to. I’ve never ordered for myself off the internet because of my strange body shape – remember...curvy with little boobage. So buying a dress without trying it on scared me to death. I have to admit though, even when I try on dresses – I have yet to find one that fits properly. This is why I NEVER wear dresses. I’m a skirt and top gal.

I unfolded Francesca and laid her out on my bed (my that sounds lewd). She looked beautiful with her umpire waist and A-line skirt. I have to admit though, she did look a little plain lying there, and that feeling of dread I get when trying dresses on welled up in my stomach. I took a deep breath and slipped Francesca on......

Oh. My. God! I love this dress. My boobs finally look proportionate to the rest of my body. The off the shoulder doesn’t fall off the shoulder. The dress stays completely in place even when bending over. Not that I do that when I’m wearing a dress.....I’m a perfect lady – usually.

I don’t know how Francesca does her magic...It’s kind of like the jeans from that movie...Sisterhood of the travelling pants.
It’s the sisterhood dress! I feel so confident, pretty and sexy wear it.
